In 2011 I joined Apple, the first two years we’re like an MBA in leadership. I learned it all, from the worlds most admired brand. Twelve years later I am forever grateful for that experience as it founded the leader I am today. I can mentor, coach, develop and support new and emerging leaders as well as tenured established ones.

Start-up Advisor

I am currently an advisor to two female founders. I advise them on all things fundraising, product development, go-to-market strategy, marketing acquisition and partnerships.

Scale & GTM Consultant

In 2016 I founded a CS team at a start-up called Hired. Over two years I grew the EMEA business 300% a year and moved to NYC to turn around the failing NA business. Two further years later I led our IPO scale efforts and eventually took the company through an exit as we were acquired by Adecco.

Founders Therapy

This is a fun title but really I am noticing more and more founders in need of work therapy. Either 1:1 or together as co-founders I offer coaching, advice, guidance and workshops to support new and established founders navigate the challenges of setting up a company and working so closely in a small team.

Will started his career at Apple after being selected to join a global leadership development program and went on to lead a range of post-sale and customer experience teams across EMEA.

After four successful years he moved into the start-up world and founded the Customer Success team at Hired and later moved to New York to head up the North America business. After taking the company through a successful exit with Adecco, Will joined Hopin.

Here he scaled the Global Customer Success organization. Will then joined Navan, (formerly TripActions) and immediately pivoted the reactive CS organization to a proactive, strategic and results focused CS team. With this stabilized foundation he then evolved the org into a full scaled Account Management team.
